SD brother... agree with you... regarding application of knowledge... and regarding knowledge... what makes a man feels guilty if he tells a lie and dont know telling lie is not good...?? or feeling guilty after stealing anything while nobody told him dat stealing is not good...

Sharia to abhi fully implement hi nahi ki gai.... abhi to sirf Nizam-e-adal ki implementation ho rahi hai...
Adalatain aur Qazi... days ki limit hai... keh us se ziada koi bhi muqadma nahi taala jae ga... police ko bhi paband kia gya hai mujrim ko fori taur per adalat mai paish kia janey ka...
Saray Qazi new appoint hon gay... dont know wat is criteria of selection... aur na hi pata hai keh saza kon se law k mutabiq di jae gi...

Values that are inculcated and grained-in last life long. That's why some thinker said something on the lines that a person's first institution is the lap of his/her mom.
People are not learning at home or in institution those personality traits like, self control, patience, respect, and on and on and ....or perhaps, parents either don't care or that they don't have those traits to teach their kids.
hamaray khayal mai yeh sab cheezain "BY DEFAULT" default seekhi howi hoti hain... jesay chotay bachay ko pata hota hai keh bhook lagay to rona hai... bilkul usi tarah... lekin in ko use nahi kia jata...
